While the staff were helpful when asked, they could provide clearer information about local attractions and amenities upfront.

Showers fluctuating between scalding hot and lukewarm are uncomfortable!!! Towels with holes are uninviting, and the lack of shelves in bathrooms for toiletries makes organization difficult!!!
